Stable Manager (m/f) wanted!
Do you have a knack for organisation, love working with horses and want to take on responsibility in a professional sport horse business? Then we are looking for you to join the stable management team at Jens Wawrauschek Horses!Your tasks:
- Creation and monitoring of individual training plans for our sport horses in close consultation with Jens Wawrauschek
- Organisation and coordination of feed management
- Communication and scheduling with vets, osteopaths and farriers
- Planning and monitoring of treatment appointments, aftercare and documentation
- Management and execution of operational processes in the stable including duty rosters, feeding, pasture and exercise management
- Supporting the stable team in day-to-day business
- Close cooperation with Jens Wawrauschek and the riding team
- Quality control and ensuring the well-being of all horses
What you bring with you:
- Experience in horse management, ideally in the sports or professional sector
- Organisational talent and an eye for detail
- Independent, structured and reliable way of working
- Ability to work in a team, communication skills and a sense of responsibility
- Love of horses and a genuine interest in individual care
- Truck driver's license is a plus, but not a must
