Rider (m/f) wanted!
Do you ride with feeling, train in a structured manner, and want to develop show jumpers in a targeted manner? Then become a show- or home-rider (m/f) at Jens Wawrauschek Horses in Warstein.Your tasks:
- Competing at shows possible (national/ international)
- Training and schooling of selected horses
- Individual work on gymnastics, fitness, and further development of experienced riding horses
- Breaking in and correcting horses at different stages of training
- Working with owners, riders, and grooms to provide optimal care for the horses
- Support with the daily organization of training operations
- Occasional assistance with everyday stable tasks
What you bring with you:
- Completed training as a horse trainer (m/f), specializing in classical riding training, or comparable qualification with experience in riding sport horses
- Several years of experience in handling and training horses, ideally in the sport or professional sector
- Good dressage skills desired
- Good sense of different horse personalities
- Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
- Ability to work in a team, good communication skills, and reliability
- Passion for horses and enjoyment in actively shaping their development
